Are your Pendleton Blankets the same quality as the blankets on Pendleton’s website?

Yes the blankets we sell are the same quality as those sold on other sites including Pendleton Woolen Mills website.

How are you able to offer your blankets at a discount?

We pride ourselves in being able to run a low overhead operation that enables us to sell at a discount to you. This is a family run business which provides us with efficiencies that would normally be hard to achieve.

Are the items on your website in stock?

Yes, we remove any product listing once it has become unavailable. Once they are back in stock we will re-activate the product listing on our website. On occasion we fail to remove an item or our inventory is incorrect allowing an item to be ordered that is out of stock. When this happens we will notify the customer as soon as we become aware of the situation.

Are all of your products Native American made?

No each product is described for what it is and where it originates from. Most of our jewelry offerings are Native American made and their origins will be indicated by their tribal affiliation. We also carry jewelry that is made by Mexican American artists, Caucasian artist and a few but not many can be imported. When an item of jewelry or other product is imported it will be clearly marked as imported.

How long will it take for me to receive an item ordered on your website?

Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days of the day of order. How long it takes for an item to arrive at your location will depend upon the service (USPS or UPS) you have selected. UPS ground arrives between 1 & 5 business days after the day of shipment. USPS shipments will arrive between 1 & 3 days after the day of shipment.

What is the difference between unnapped and napped blankets?

The fibers of a napped blanket have been combed upright while the fibers of an unnapped blanket have been allowed to lie flat. Because of the napping a napped blanket is roughly twice as thick as an unnapped blanket while their weights would be similar. The advantage of the unnapped texture is that the pattern is much crisper and the blanket is slightly easier to keep clean. To explain in a slightly different way, imagine if you had curly hair, this would be napped now you get into the shower and your hair is lying flat against your head, this would be unnapped.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept the four major credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex, Discover) and PayPal payments. We also accept payment by check if you would prefer. To order using a check or money order please select the item you want, click checkout and proceed to the checkout sequence until it asks you for your credit card number. At this point print the page and mail it along with a check for the amount indicated to our address on the contact page.

What about purchase orders, do you accept them?

Yes we do accept purchase orders from recognized tribal organizations, corporations and others. Please remember that in accepting your purchase order we are allowing you to pay us with a check within 30 days of the issuance of the PO. Once the 30 days have elapsed an interest charge of 1.5% per month or any part thereof will be added to the amount that you are owing.
