Exquisitely detailed pendant by Hopi artist Michael Sockyma featuring the Shalako Kachina, 1 1/2" x 7/8" at widest point. Shalako Katsina: The Shalako Taka and Mana are Hopi Kachinas which represent the clouds and inevitable rain that accompany them. With narrow shoulders and a height of up to 7' to 8' their presence is striking when they appear at the dances.
